Can I ship dangerous goods with you?

Dangerous goods (DGR) cannot be shipped via On Board Courier. However, exceptions for small quantities may be possible—please consult us in advance.

What information is required to order a transport?

To efficiently plan and execute a shipment, please ensure you have the following information ready: Availability When and where will the shipment be ready for pickup? Destination Details Exact destination: Country, postal code, city, region. Shipment Details Number of packages. Weight of each package. Total weight. Dimensions of each package. Contents Precise description of the shipment contents. Special Handling Is the shipment classified as dangerous goods (DGR)? Note: DGR cannot be transported via On Board Courier (OBC); exceptions for small quantities may be possible upon request. Does the shipment include dry ice? Note: Maximum of 2 kg permitted. Customs & Delivery Declared value of the goods (required for non-EU shipments). Should CHS REUTER GmbH deliver the shipment to the final address, or only to the destination airport? Timing & Contact Required delivery time: Immediate or scheduled? Complete contact details for both pickup and delivery locations.

Yes, but only up to 2 kg per shipment.

Can you handle customs for non-EU shipments?

We require the declared value of goods for customs. Additional support can be discussed based on the destination and nature of the shipment.

How fast can my shipment be delivered?
